This intelligent design ensures that steel reinforcement is completely enveloped, leaving no room for compromise. By allowing grout to flow easily and consistently, the FB Structural Block system guarantees a strong, reinforced structure from the inside out.
Our New Eco-Block system coming soon
This new system is comprised of a 50MPa Formblocks manufactured on a Titan block press and made using waste products and additives. It is filled with an aerated ‘Cornite’ ™ core-fill and put into post tension using Reid Bar reinforcement steel. This system will have a substantial ‘R’ and ‘U’ value and can be manufactured onsite using this unique production line.
Recent costings show a massive reduction in the FB Structural Block prices, compared to that of the three standard structural concrete building systems operating worldwide. It’s flexibility in design reduces the number of trades onsite thereby significantly impacting on construction cost.
